Prepared for Joe Boella · Boella Co.

Three months of Boella Co, filmed in one day.

You are out four or five days a week, pushing well over a thousand pizzas a month, and you told me straight that you hate every minute you spend on social. So this is one day of filming that gives you four proper films, a full clip library and sixty photos. Enough to cover about three months of the rhythm you are already posting to.

01 · The four films

Four things only you can say

People who see the van all over Brighton still assume you are a chain. These four fix that, and not one of them is something another trader could film tomorrow.

Film 01 · The story

Why I started this

Prep space, morning
Eleven years in kitchens, burnt out twice, making a lot of money for other people. Then the loan, and the treadmill that has not stopped since. Boella is your family name and that matters here.
OriginFamily nameThe loan
  • The one that sells hardest even though it never mentions pizza
  • Scripted with you the week before so you are not improvising
  • This is the pinned post
Film 02 · The proof

What people actually say

On site, during service
A montage of real customers in the queue, each giving one line. What they think of the pizza, how quick it was, why they keep coming back. Cut together, it does the selling for you.
Vox popsThe queueRegulars
  • Some of your regulars are nearly four years deep, that reads on camera
  • Nothing for you to write or perform, it is just them talking
  • The one that turns a browser into a booking
Film 03 · The craft

I built this van myself

The van, inside and out
It used to transport supercars. The hatch is there because supercars have suicide doors and the drivers had to climb out inside the truck. Traders with a comparable build have sixty grand in theirs.
The buildEx supercar transporterThe hatch
  • Cuts in the iPhone footage you already shot of the empty shell
  • The best single story on our call and nobody else has it
  • Sits on the grid permanently
Film 04 · The offer

What we actually do

Prep space and the service
Pizza, panuozzi, arancini, the dough, and the ingredients coming straight from Italy. Then the part most people miss, that you do private bookings and you want more of them.
The menuThe doughPrivate bookings
  • Finishes the supplier run you already filmed and never voiced
  • Pushes the panuozzi before everyone else finishes copying them
  • Carries the call to action straight into your booking page
02 · The day

One day, across two sites

Your talking pieces go in the morning at the prep space while it is quiet and you are fresh. Then we drive over to Gun and shoot the service properly, straight through the busy part and into the good light.

Morning
The prep space
Your three talking films, off scripts you have already read and changed. Dough, prep, the van loading up.
Midday
Over to Gun
Travel, setup, and the van against the black corrugated with the fields behind it. Drone up while it is still quiet.
Afternoon
Service
The fire, the pizzas coming out, the queue, the panuozzi. Customers giving me one line each for the montage.
Evening
Golden hour
Van exteriors and the last of the drone while the light is worth having, then we wrap.
Time on site
A full day
Eight hours of filming, split across your prep space and Gun, so the morning pieces and the evening service both get done properly.
Included
Travel
Both locations
Prep space and Gun, plus the drive between them. No mileage on top and no second call out fee.
03 · What comes back

A full bank, ready to post

  • Four main films, the story, the customer montage, the van build and what you offer
  • Eight short cuts from the day, sized for Reels and ready to go straight up
  • Sixty edited photos, picked by you from the full gallery, not chosen for you
  • Every usable clip colour graded and handed over as a library you keep for good
  • Drone at both locations, no separate fee for it
  • Your supplier footage finished, the run in the van you shot and never voiced
  • Scripts written with you a week ahead, changed until they sound like you
  • A running order for the lot, so nothing sits in a folder unused
12
Finished videos
Plus sixty photos and the whole graded clip library, off one day of filming.
How far it goes
About 13 weeks
You are posting three times a week, which is thirty nine slots over a quarter. Twelve films and cuts cover your Friday video. Sixty photos cover your Wednesday carousels. It lands almost exactly.
Yours to keep
The clip library
No expiry
Every usable clip off the day, graded and handed over. Use it for ads, for the website, for anything later. It does not run out when the twelve videos do.
04 · Investment

Three lines, one total

Priced as three separate things so you can see exactly what you are paying for and what each part is worth on its own.

£800
The four main films
Scripted with you the week before, filmed on the day, edited in house. Plus the eight short cuts that come out of the same footage.
£600
Sixty edited photos
Shot across both locations and picked by you from the full gallery. The food, the van, the fire, the queue, the landscape.
£450
The day and the clip library
A full day of filming with every usable clip graded and handed over is £900 on my rate card. The films and the photos already cover me being there, so this is half.
Everything above, all in
£1,850 + VAT
One day filmed, everything edited, graded and delivered. Two private bookings off the back of it and it has paid for itself.
What that covers
  • A full day filming across your prep space and Gun
  • The four main films, scripted with you beforehand
  • Eight short cuts, sized and ready for Reels
  • Sixty edited photos, picked by you
  • Every usable clip colour graded and handed over
  • Drone at both locations
  • Your existing supplier footage finished and voiced
  • Travel to both Sussex locations

Payment. Half to lock the date in, half on delivery. You are never paying for something you have not seen.

Nothing else to pay. No kit fees, no mileage, no rush fees, no separate drone charge.

05 · The posting

Worth a conversation, not a decision today

You said you want to hand the socials over, and we can do that. I would rather be straight about what it actually is before you pay for it, because it is simpler than people expect.

If we run it for you
£300 a month
Captions written in your voice, everything scheduled and published to the Monday, Wednesday, Friday rhythm you already run, your weekly schedule graphic built each week, and a short note each month on what performed. Rolling, no lock in, plus VAT.
Being straight
What it is not
It is the day's content
We would be scheduling and posting the films, cuts and photos from your shoot day. We would not be filming new material every month. When the bank runs down that is another shoot day, not a bigger monthly.

So my honest advice is get the content made first. Post it yourself for a few weeks, see how much of your time it actually eats, and then decide whether handing it over is worth three hundred a month to you. It is a separate thing and it can start whenever you want it to.

06 · Next steps

What happens from here

You said no deadline, just as soon as it works. So the only thing holding this up is picking a date.

Let's get it filmed.

Send me the business name and an email and I will get the deposit invoice over, then we can start looking at dates for Gun.
